ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is a world-leading player in water technology that works to solve the world's most challenging water issues. Through innovative and sustainable technologies, they improve how water is used, managed, and reused globally. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be part of a competent R&D team responsible for the development of existing and future generations of mixers, sewage pumps, and drainage pumps. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with product specialists, technicians, and product owners.

This is a consulting assignment for an initial year, with the possibility of extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of a cross-functional team and work closely with product owners, specialists, and technicians. Your main tasks include:

  • Development and updating of existing 3D models and drawings.
  • Creation of innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Generation and implementation of technical product data.
  • Providing technical support to the organization.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Has at least 3 years of work experience in the field.
  • Has good knowledge of Creo.
  • Has very good English skills, both spoken and written, as you will be working in an international environment.
